Want to get started but have a few questions?

How often do we train together?

You can train as little as once a week or as frequently as four times a week! The more sessions you have with my direct guidance, the safer your fitness journey will be, and the quicker you'll see results. This is especially important during the early stages of your fitness journey.

Can I train on days that we don't have a session scheduled?

Absolutely! My goal is to educate and empower my clients to manage their health independently, without needing my constant presence. That's why I offer packages with varying levels of commitment to suit your needs!

Do your programs include help with nutrition?

Yes! Creating meal plans falls outside my scope of practice; however, I am qualified to educate clients on nutrition-related topics. This includes, but is not limited to, guidance on protein intake, healthy fat sources, macro- and micronutrient profiles, and strategies for eating according to specific goals or dietary restrictions (such as fat loss, muscle gain, improved health, and enhanced performance).

Can you accommodate someone who has injuries/chronic illness?

Absolutely! As a Pain-Free Performance Specialist, I am trained to design exercises that accommodate injuries, pain, and chronic conditions. Provided you have medical clearance from your doctor and an understanding of your current limitations, we can create a customized plan that allows you to train effectively while making progress.
